Recent changes within the market have led to unique growth opportunities for Construction Forms. Inc. As an organization, it is poised for significant growth in the next two to three years. To help achieve these goals, the company has announced the addition of Pat Bartling as chief operating officer. Pat brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership within a variety of industries, with responsibilities around the globe. His experience in continuous improvement is a natural fit to support the ongoing initiatives put in place by Mark Troyer.

Putzmeister America, Inc. has promoted Cole Richards to regional sales representative to work with Boom Pump and Telebelt® customers throughout Texas.

Cole came to Putzmeister from Caterpillar Inc., in Athens, Georgia, where he worked as a welder of booms in the company’s fabrication department. In December of 2016, Cole joined Putzmeister as a parts sales representative.

“We’re happy that we were able to move Cole to our large line,” said Bill Dwyer, Putzmeister vice president of sales and marketing. “His experience will benefit our customers in Texas.”

Putzmeister America, Inc. has hired Steve Bell as national sales manager for Putzmeister Industrial Technology (PIT) - North America.

In his new role, Steve is responsible for leading the profitable sales and growth of products and systems for the PIT business, determining its strategic direction, verifying market position and opportunities in municipal and industrial applications, developing business plans and setting goals aligned with the overall strategy of the parent company, Putzmeister Solid Pumps GmbH.

Alliance Concrete Pumps Inc. has announced the promotion of Clayton White to president and CEO. Clayton has been with Alliance since its inception in 2002, and has worked in every department, managing sales, parts, service and production at some point in his career. In 2006, Clayton moved to Philadelphia to open the Alliance USA branch, returning to the head office in Aldergrove, British Columbia in 2010 as general manager.
