New Schwing Sales Administration Manager

Schwing has promoted long-term employee Lisa Polanski-Dickerman to the position of Sales Administration Manager. She has been with the company for 11 years serving in various capacities. Her prior experience was with long-time Schwing customer and dealer, Cross Concrete Pumping in Melvindale, Michigan. “Lisa has filled many of the support roles in our sales department, and is superbly qualified with her understanding of our product line and organization skills,” states Tom O’Malley, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

In her new position, Polanski-Dickerman will coordinate and manage all inbound new and used equipment orders. She will work with the entire Schwing line, including boom pumps, separate placing booms, truck mixers and stationary pumps. Quote preparation for Schwing regional managers is streamlined with Lisa’s involvement. She also maintains and updates the master sales configurator and price book with technical information.

Schwing’s SalesForce customer relationship management system will also be under Lisa’s supervision. She will facilitate all sales-related documentation including invoice, delivery, credit and debit memos, in addition to scanning all new and used equipment orders in SAP. “Many of our customers know Lisa from her participation at the World of Concrete in the Schwing booth, but I don’t think many realize how much she enhances the sales, invoicing and delivery process with her efficiency and attention to detail,” adds O’Malley.

Polanski-Dickerman attended Siena Heights University in Michigan, where she played basketball and received both her undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resource development. Lisa lives near the Schwing plant in Minnesota with her husband Jim and two sons.
