Record Keeping

1. All certification tests are the property of the American Concrete Pumping Association and will be kept on file by test number at the ACPA National Office for a period of three (3) years.
2. A record of all tests with operator name and status will be maintained and kept in a database indefinitely by the ACPA National Office.
3. Verification of an operator’s continuing safety education requirement will be maintained in a database at the ACPA National Office.

Security

No operator information such as: place of employment; company or personal addresses; telephone numbers; email addresses or any other such information pertaining to an operator’s certification, will be released to any other persons other than the operator’s current place of employment.
