ASCC Foundation for Education, Research & Development receives $250,000 donation from Somero Enterprises

The American Society of Concrete Contractors' (ASCC) Foundation for Education, Research & Development, St. Louis, MO, has received a donation of $250,000 from Somero Enterprises, Ft. Myers, FL, a sustaining member of the organization. "This gift is one of the most significant ever received by the ASCC foundation," said Scott Anderson, foundation president, "and will go a long way toward funding the research and educational programming that will continue to improve the quality and productivity of our contractors." 

In making the donation Somero president Jack Cooney said, "Somero has played a long, active role in ASCC and through our partnership has built strong relationships with the country's most successful concrete contractors. In recognition of this history and in preparation for the future we are very pleased to help further the goals of ASCC in this way."
