Western Concrete Pumping Announces Hire of Bill Murray as COO

Western Concrete Pumping, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Bill Murray, who has joined the WCP Team as chief operating officer.

Bill is an extremely well-respected person in our industry. He has a deep appreciation for concrete pumping and has faithfully served the concrete pumping community for the last 12 years while at SCHWING America. We could not be prouder to have him on board.”

I am excited to bring value and contribution to Chuck, Brett, the WCP Team and the industry.

Prior to this new role at WCP, Murray was CEO/CFO of SCHWING America Inc, handling the leadership responsibilities of sales, service, marketing, manufacturing, distribution and aftersales for SCHWING products in North America and Central America markets. He worked as chief restructuring o icer and board member from September 2010 to September 2012, when he joined the company as CFO. In September 2016, he was promoted to CEO and assumed the leadership continuing the growth and value trend after the Great Recession, while also successfully leading the company through the more recent pandemic-impacted years.

Murray has been a board member of the American Concrete Pumping Association (ACPA) and has provided advisory services to many businesses and groups.
