CIFA North America Makes Several Organizational Changes as Growth Continues

CIFA North America is pleased to announce its further commitment to the North American market by making several staff appoinments and increasing physical inventory.

Matthew Dobbs, general manager of CIFA North America, says, “We are very pleased to announce new appoinments and structural changes to provide the highest level of support to our customers and the industry we serve. We have increased our physical inventory of parts five times over the past few months, along with our pump inventory. All these changes will provide the proper platform for the market, and we have a team that is focsed on the highest level of quality and support in everything we do as we continue to grow.”

New appointments:

• Robert Westerlund — production foreman. Robert brings over 20 years of concrete pump experience, as well as a very high level of mechnical and production knowledge.
• Fredrick Sturmer — lead field service technician. Fredrick has joined our team and brings years of field service experience with an in-depth knowledge of hydraulic, electrical systems and mechanical knowhow.
• Joseph Kerznar — product support and development manager. Joseph comes to us with years of technical knowledge for various types of equipment. Joseph will lead our product support and product development efforts.
• Therese Lancour — business support manager. Therese supports all areas of our business functions, including logistics, back office sales and administration. Therese is very knowledgeable in these areas and comes with a high customer service background and focus.
• Mark Manbeck — lead production electrician. Mark joins CIFA NA after 20 years in the concrete pumping industry. Mark brings a wealth of skills and knowledge of our products.
• Tom Benish — lead production assembler. Tom comes to CIFA North America with years of assembly and mechanical knowledge. He is a valuble addition to the entire team.
• Jonathan Bammann — business development manager. Jonathan is a concrete veteran and leads our business development and is involved in support of the customers from every aspect. Jonathan provides a level of professionalism and customer support that will exceed our customers expectations.
