Chris Trenda Joins Call Center at Schwing America

Schwing America, Inc. is proud to welcome Chris Trenda to its growing call center as a customer service representative. Trenda will be responsible for taking customer calls for parts orders and related inquiries.

Trenda comes to the call center with 23 years of experience with Concrete Pump Repair (CPR), a division of Schwing America. In his most recent role as a material handler, he supplied parts for production. Prior to that, he worked the spare parts counter where he fulfilled spare parts orders for customers.

As a call center customer service representative, Trenda will process spare parts orders, quote requests and customer inquiries.
