Schwing Aligns Parts and Service to “New Normal”

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Schwing America has made changes to parts and service departments to better serve the needs of the customer. Some call center employees are working from home with complete access to customer files and parts inventory to quickly provide information and support.

Phone calls are routed as usual, including to the phones of the home-based employees.. In-house call center employees have spread out their work areas to enforce social distancing guidelines. The Schwing call center remains open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. central time.

Schwing Field Service Techs continue to work from their base locations in Minnesota, California, Florida and Texas, traveling for emergency service calls as necessary. Our dedication to the safety, health and well-being of our employees, our dealers, our customers and the communities they serve has not changed.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.
