Concrete Pump Repair Redesigns Website to Enhance Customer Experience

Concrete Pump Repair (CPR) recently completed the redesign and rollout of its new website.

“The new site was built to be userfriendly with enhanced navigation and user experience,” said Jerry Anderson, vice president and general manager of Concrete Pump Repair. “It allows customers to access the extensive CPR pump inventory, expanded product and service offerings, and a before-and-after pump gallery.”

On the new Concretepumps.com, visitors will be able to order pump parts as well as determine the trade-in or resale value of their equipment.

In response to the needs of the increasingly digitally oriented construction industry, the new website is mobile-ready and works on a variety of screen sizes, from smartphones to tablets to traditional desktop computers, meaning users can access the site from any place, at any time.

“As we have for 31 years, CPR will look to continuously improve the user experience for their clients and partners, so they can find the product and service information they need as quickly and easily as possible on whatever device they prefer,” concluded Anderson.
