Schwing Adds Service Specialist

With a growing customer base and expanding product line, Schwing America is broadening its service team with the addition of a service specialist. Tom Jaeger has joined the service team in the newly-created position and will report to senior vice president Tom O’Malley. “Tom Jaeger brings the background and knowledge necessary to provide the highest levels of service, solutions and support that Schwing customers have grown to expect,” stated O’Malley.

Jaeger spent the past 12 years working at Ziegler, a large Midwest Caterpillar dealer. His most recent position was service operations manager. He earned an Associates Degree in a General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program offered by Dakota County Technical College. “I’m honored to bring my experience to a manufacturer that enjoys the same stature in the concrete industry as Caterpillar enjoys in general construction,” Jaeger states.
