Putzmeister Promotes Greg Giese to Manager – Technical Service and Warranty Administration

Putzmeister America, Inc. has promoted Greg Giese to manager – technical service and warranty administration. In his new role, Giese will be responsible for leading Putzmeister’s ongoing service excellence initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

Giese has almost 20 years with Putzmeister, starting with the manufacturing team and progressing to field technician, field service manager, technical services manager and most recently, pre-delivery quality assurance manager. In total, across his career, he has almost 40 years of experience with equipment manufacturing, service and management.

“Greg has served as a proven asset to our team for many years,” said Doug Brunet, service and technical support director for Putzmeister. “His well-rounded experience in manufacturing, testing and customer service provides him the extensive knowledge and experience required for this position.”
