Putzmeister Named Germany’s National Public Champion in European Business Awards

Putzmeister Concrete Pumps GmbH, Putzmeister America, Inc.’s parent company, headquartered in Germany, has been named its country’s “National Public Champion” in the prestigious European Business Awards. Selected from a highly esteemed group of competing German companies, Putzmeister will now move on to compete against 32 European companies to be named the “European Public Champion.”

The European Business Awards competition was established in 2007 to recognize and promote business success, and support the development of a stronger and more successful business community throughout Europe. Putzmeister was selected as “National Public Champion” after the first phase of online public voting ended in February 2016.

Founded in 1958, Putzmeister engineers, manufactures and distributes construction machinery, including concrete pumps internationally for the building and mining industries, as well as for tunnel construction and large-scale industrial projects.
