Schwing Warranty Claims Now Online

Customers filing a warranty claim on Schwing concrete equipment can now do it online. “This is a convenience for our customers and allows us to review and provide claim information in a more timely manner,” according to Schwing vice president / general manager of aftermarket parts and service, Glen Grabowski. Customers simply log on to www.schwing.com/service/, where a form is displayed that is easy to fill out. A unique claim number is assigned during the process. Customers will need to have the serial numbers of their equipment to complete the form.

The Green Shield One Year Warranty is standard with all boom pump models. Schwing’s Green Shield Plus Warranty extends that coverage for two extra years for a nominal fee. Schwing SP pump owners should register for their CAT engine warranties as soon as they receive their pumps to start their warranty protection. A link to the CAT warranty section is also on the Schwing service web page. Other information available at schwing.com/service/includes: boom inspection information; and in-house services including hydraulic oil analysis, parts repair and replacement mixer drum installation. Electrical repairs to remote boxes, software upgrades and remanufacturing of control systems are performed by in-house technicians.
