ACPA Executives, Vendors, Customers Gather at Schwing WOC Reception

On the eve of World of Concrete 2015, more than 300 notable pumping contractors, major suppliers to the industry, ACPA executives and Schwing customers gathered for a reception to mark the company’s continuous presence as the largest manufacturer of concrete pumps in North America. “Our annual reception is a great networking and learning opportunity for our customers, vendors and employees,” states Tom O’Malley, vice president and general manager, concrete pumps. Every attendee received a gift from the company.

The evening was capped by the opportunity to sign a poster that Schwing prepared for their 40th anniversary. The poster received many signatures and will be hung in Schwing America’s corporate headquarters in White Bear, Minnesota. “We look forward to many customers and prospects viewing this piece of history when they visit our plant,” according to O’Malley. The company has more than 400,000 square feet of manufacturing dedicated to truck-mounted concrete pumps, stationary concrete pumps, separate placing booms and truck mixers at their facility.
