Putzmeister America, Inc. Launches Service Locator Tool on Website

Putzmeister America, Inc. now offers its website users a new search tool that allows them to locate qualified service technicians and local distributors nearest them.

“Using this new tool, our customers can even more easily connect with service technicians in their area,” said Doug Brunet, director of customer support for Putzmeister. “They can identify their exact service needs and be matched with a certified provider specifically qualified to solve their challenge.”

Through the service locator tool, Putzmeister customers can enter the service type, product, region and specific location into the search and get a list of Putzmeister service partners nearest them. Service partners include service centers, parts centers, certified boom inspectors and certified welders.

The tool is located online at www. putzmeisteramerica.com/content/serviceservice- locator. It can be accessed through Putzmeister’s home page, as well. Visit www. putzmeisteramerica.com, click on the “Service & Support” tab, then click on the “Service Locator” option on the left-hand side of the screen.
