Putzmeister America, Inc. Wins Telly Award for Holiday Video Second Year in a Row

Putzmeister America, Inc. received a Telly award for its 2012 holiday video in the 34th Annual Telly Awards contest, which received thousands of entries from around the world.

For the past 10 years, Putzmeister has sent its customers and partners an elaborate holiday card. This year, the company turned those 10 cards into a “Holiday Traditions” booklet of poems and illustrations and directed readers to the award-winning online video, which helped bring some selected scenes to life. The video was filmed by Putzmeister’s branding agency, Pewaukee, Wisconsin-based Z2 Marketing, at Old Falls Village in Menomonee Falls. The video won a bronze Telly award in the category of art direction. Putzmeister’s 2011 holiday video won the same award in last year’s Telly contest.

“We’re honored to have received such a highly-regarded award once again for this year’s video,” said Bill Dwyer, vice president of sales and marketing for Putzmeister. “This year’s shoot took an exceptional amount of coordination and collaboration. I’d like to thank everyone, including all of our Putzmeister employees and our agency, Z2, who worked hard to make the shoot and video such a success.”
