Putzmeister Introduces Advantage Rewards Customer Loyalty Program

Putzmeister America, Inc. has launched a new customer loyalty program, Putzmeister Advantage Rewards, in which customers will receive substantial savings on genuine Putzmeister parts. With every qualifying purchase of parts, accessories and pipe, they’ll earn rewards points that can be used for savings on future purchases.

“We’ve always appreciated repeat business from our loyal customers,” said Doug Brunet, director of customer support for Putzmeister. “This program is a meaningful way we can give back to those customers and thank them for their dedication to our products.”

Both customers and distributors can earn points. There are two levels of membership: Select and Premier, which each offer special benefits. To qualify for the Select membership, customers must place a single minimum order of at least $5,000 of Putzmeister parts, accessories, or Pipe Technology pipe—excluding weldments— for delivery and invoicing in 2013. Select members will receive rewards points for every dollar spent, priority attention on parts orders and eligibility for special members-only promotions.

To qualify for Premier membership, customers must place a single minimum order of at least $20,000 of Putzmeister parts, accessories, or Pipe Technology pipe— excluding weldments—for delivery and invoicing in 2013. Premier members will receive all the benefits of Select members, but also will receive free domestic ground shipping or discounts on international economy shipping, plus free paint, when applicable.

Annual membership renewal for both Select and Premier membership requires members to meet the minimum order requirements during the first quarter of each year.
