In announcing Myron Birschbach as the new vice president / general manager of aftermarket sales and service, Schwing America’s CEO, Brian Hazleton, stated, “The ability of Schwing America to exceed the expectations of our customers after their initial purchase is of utmost importance to us.” Birschbach brings extensive experience to the newly created position. His responsibilities will include parts sales, product support and training and warranty.
Putzmeister America, Inc. has announced the 2016 schedule for its expanding service school program. This year, the company has added new classes and updated the curriculum to help meet customers’ ever-changing needs.
