The first listing states “Jobs 1 - 10 of 338 - 338 Concrete Pump Operator Jobs available;” the next listing contains the line “4210 Concrete Pump Operator jobs.”
Forty years ago this past March, a group of Southern California concrete pumpers led by Bill Drake had the idea to form a national association which would represent the interests of the concrete pumping industry. They rallied together concrete pumpers, manufacturers and distributors from all areas of the country and officially met aboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California on March 1, 1974.

The ACPA kicked off its 40th anniversary year celebration with a cocktail party held in conjunction with World of Concrete at the Las Vegas Hotel and Casino on January 22, 2014.
The next phase of certification changes will begin June 1, 2014, with implementation of the new certification test—version 02.14—as well as an operational evaluation for first-time operators taking the certification test.
