To help achieve these goals, the company has announced the addition of Pat Bartling as chief operating officer. Pat brings over 25 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership within a variety of industries, with responsibilities around the globe. His experience in continuous improvement is a natural fit to support the ongoing initiatives put in place by Mark Troyer.

For nearly 50 years, Construction Forms, Inc. has been a leader in the development and manufacturing of concrete pumping systems and accessories. The company was founded in 1969, with the goal of engineering and producing a complete line of concrete pumping systems and accessories for the rapidly growing concrete pumping market.

Putzmeister America, Inc. has hired Brian Kent as East Coast sales representative for the company’s parts and pipe technology divisions. In the role, he will support Putzmeister’s distributors on the East Coast and work with them to serve parts and pipe customers.

With 20 years of experience in the concrete and materials pumping industry, Kent most recently conducted field training and pump support for a concrete pumping company in Pennsylvania. There, he operated pumps to install self-leveling cements and trained others on pump operation safety. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran.

Putzmeister America, Inc. has named Felipe Hrdlicka as parts sales manager for Latin America and the Caribbean. In his new role, he will oversee parts sales for 19 countries in the region.

With more than 12 years of industry experience, Hrdlicka has worked for Putzmeister for the past seven years in both sales and service. He most recently served as technical director in the service department at Putzmeister Brazil. Prior to his time with Putzmeister, he worked for the exclusive Putzmeister dealer in Brazil.
