    • What does week #1 look like when you have a new hire join your business?
    • When do you consider an operator fully trained? Do you have criteria to be met, or a check list?
    • Do you have a trainer on staff, or an operator that you generally assign the task to?
    • What are the pros/cons to training someone completely inexperienced, vs. hiring someone with experience?
    • Do your operators share equipment?
    • Do you leverage any of the existing ACPA materials as part of your onboarding? Why or Why Not?
