Virtual ACPA Operator Safety Seminar

The ACPA is hosting a Virtual Operator Safety Seminar on May 16, 2026. Attending this event is an easy way to fulfill the education requirement for ACPA Certification Testing and a chance to get your operators certified. If you do not have an Authorized Training Administrator (ATA) to oversee testing, please let us know and we will proctor your testing immediately following the lunch break after the presentation.

Attendance is limited to 35 screens, but your entire team can view from one screen if you have the ability and equipment to do so.

Seminar & Testing Rates:

As this is a prepaid, non-refundable seminar, we want to ensure the best experience for everyone. We kindly ask that you have a functional camera and keep your video enabled throughout the entire session to remain fully engaged. 

• Virtual Seminar (ACPA Members): $50.00
• Virtual Seminar (Non-Members): $150.00
   
• Certification Testing (ACPA Members): $70.00
• Certification Testing (Non-Members): $240.00

Note: Before attending the seminar, please review the operator study guide, which can be downloaded free of charge here in English or Spanish or a hard copy can be mailed for a nominal fee.

Schedule:

• Sign-In / Check-in: 6:30 am - 7:00 am
• Presentation: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm
• Lunch Break: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
• Certification Testing: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Attendees MUST pre-register to attend this event and there are only 35 individual slots available!
Registration will close on Thursday, May 1^st at 5:00 pm EDT.

GROUPS: If you are registering a group of operators that will all be participating from the same location, all watching the same screen, please click the botton below to email the following information to our Certification Specialist and she will work with you to get your team all set up.

2. List of operators attending (Full Name + Operator ID (last 4 digits of their Social Security Number))
3. Number of Test Booklets (English or Spanish)
