For the second consecutive year, Alliance Concrete Pumps donated the highest-selling auction item at the 2023 CIM Charity Auction, held at the World of Concrete trade show in Las Vegas in January. This year’s donation was a 2023 Alliance JXLZ 38-meter concrete pump truck-mounted on a Kenworth T880, selling for $505,000. The proceeds of this auction benefits the Concrete Industry Management program, helping to develop the next generation of concrete industry professionals.
“It’s important to provide opportunities for students who will be building the future infrastructure projects in America, and CIM does a tremendous job of this through its programs. We didn’t hesitate to participate in the auction for the second year in a row and are happy to see our 38-meter pump sell for such a great figure,” said Clayton White, Alliance Concrete Pumps president and CEO.
East Coast Concrete Pumping (owned by Brian Forcier and Erik Pakkula, Taylors, South Carolina) was the high bidder; adding another new Alliance to their fleet of concrete pumps.
