Record Keeping

1. All Certification and Recertification Tests are the property of the American Concrete Pumping Association and will be kept on file by operator name at the ACPA National Office for a period of three (3) years.
2. A record of all tests with operator name and status will be maintained and kept in a database indefinitely by the ACPA National Office.
3. Verification of an operator’s four-hour safety training requirement will be maintained in a database at the ACPA National Office.

Security

1. Test results and Expiration reports will be released only to the operator’s place of employment unless the operator has elected to pay for the testing process himself.
2. No operator information such as: certification status; place of employment; company or personal addresses; telephone numbers; email addresses; or any other such information which would pertain to an operator’s certification, will be released to any other persons other than the operator’s current place of employment.
