The Fall Board Meeting will be held in conjunction with the ACPA Education Conference and NRMCA's ConcreteWorks in Dallas, TX, September 30 - October 1, 2017.
By attending an ACPA board meeting, you have the opportunity to participate on ACPA committees and voice your opinion on association activities. Your involvement can be professionally and personally rewarding with the knowledge you receive and the relationships you foster.
All ACPA members are encouraged to attend!

GROUP ROOM BLOCK:
For your convenience, ACPA has contracted a block of discounted guest rooms for board meeting attendees. To secure your room, please reserve online using the below button or you may call the Gaylord Texan Resort directly. The guest room rates apply beginning September 27, 2017 through Wednesday October 3, 2017. Subject to availability, the discounted room rate will be available three days prior and post to the dates listed above.
The ACPA guest room rate is $209 per night for a Single/Double occupancy and $274 per night for Premium rooms, plus applicable taxes. A discounted resort fee of $20 per night plus taxes will be added to the guest room rate. This fee covers several in-room amenities. All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit. If you are paying for another attendee's room charges, please be sure to request and submit a "Credit Card Authorization Form" from the Gaylord to avoid the guest being asked for payment upon check-in.
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is COB, Friday, September 15, 2017. After this date, the hotel may release any remaining rooms in the ACPA room block to the general public. This discounted rate is available until the cut-off date OR until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is the closest airport to the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center and is approximately 10 minutes (6 mi) from the hotel. You may also fly into Dallas Love Field (DAL), which is approximately 28 minutes (20 mi) from the hotel. The hotel address is: 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051.
The hotel does NOT provide shuttle service. However, the Gaylord Texan does provide shared transportation services from DFW Airport every 30 minutes (at every hour and half hour) between 5:00am - 2:00pm daily. The fee is $15/person. The hotel also offers chauffeur-driven black Chevrolet Suburbans for various transportation services (i.e. airport transfers, local transfers, hourly service needs, etc). Estimated taxi fare from DFW Airport is approximately $25 (one way). Uber and Lyft services are also available (about 1/2 the price of a taxi and very easy to use. If you wish to rent a car, Hertz is located on-property and can be reached at 817.778.1490 for more information.
Onsite self-parking is available for $22/daily; valet parking is $31/daily. Overnight parking fees include in/out privileges.
Included in your resort fee is discounted individual "City of Grapevine Shuttle" transportation services.
