A new year is here, and a winter that
everyone will remember has passed. The
days are getting longer and the smell of
spring is in the air. The budding of trees,
the beautiful colors of the flowers and dark
green of the grass is nature’s way of starting
a new year. This also, is a start of a new
year for all of us.

I came across a rather interesting article in
our magazine archives, written by Monroe
Porter of PROOF Management Consultants,
entitled, "Is the Industry Bleeding to Death from Poor Pricing?".
This article was first published in the spring 1992 edition
of the Concrete Pumping Magazine and for many reasons, it just
seemed fitting to rerun the article in this current issue.
