New ACPA President: Art Fink of CF&T Concrete Pumping

A special election for president was held during the 2023 Spring Board Meeting held at La Posada in Santa Fe, New Mexico. ACPA is excited to announce its new president, Art Fink. Fink has 40 years in the concrete pumping industry. He began his career in a family business in 1983 and is currently vice president and general manager of CF&T Concrete Pumping in Hayward, California.

Board member Brian Lywandowsky was then elected to fill the vice president vacancy. Lywandowsky has been in the concrete pumping business for 32 years. For the past 14 years, he has worked for Conco Pumping and Belting, Inc. managing the Concord, California location.

ACPA enthusiastically welcomes its new officers and looks forward to their future contributions to the association.
