A special election for president was held during the 2023 Spring Board Meeting held at La Posada in Santa Fe, New Mexico. ACPA is excited to announce its new president, Art Fink. Fink has 40 years in the concrete pumping industry. He began his career in a family business in 1983 and is currently vice president and general manager of CF&T Concrete Pumping in Hayward, California.

The first week of May, May 1-5, is Construction Safety Week 2023. The week-long event originated in 2014 to unite the construction industry in their commitment to safety. And, of course, it’s also a time to learn about what’s new and trending in safety.

The “Big Bob” Weatherton Scholarship Fund is proud to offer scholarships to eligible class 1, 3, 4 and 5 members and their families, as well as to members’ employees and their families. Scholarships are for undergraduate, graduate and vocational students in fields related to Concrete, Concrete Pumping, Construction and Engineering, Construction Management and Administration and Vocational studies related to concrete pumps and trucks.
